Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support administrative and business professional teams. This role partners closely with leaders to attract talent, support employees, and strengthen culture.
What You’ll Do

Partner with leaders on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for designated teams

Support managers and employees through change, communication, and day-to-day HR needs

Handle employee relations, documentation, and issue resolution

Coach teams through informal and formal performance management
-
Support employee engagement, learning, and career development initiatives

Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding, benefits, and transitions
-
Manage HR systems and employee lifecycle updates; support process improvements and AI-enabled tools
What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or Generalist)

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and multi-state compliance
-
Excellent judgment, discretion, and ownership of work

Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)

Experience in professional services preferred

HRIS experience required
