Job Title: Staff Accountant (Entry Level)
Description:
We are looking for an entry-level Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end close processes. The Staff Accountant will gain exposure to general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while developing a strong foundation in corporate accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
- Perform account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with financial reporting and provide support for audits.
- Collaborate with other departments including FP&A, Treasury, and Tax to provide accounting support.
- Participate in projects to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships or prior exposure a plus).
- Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; ERP systems exposure a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
