Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Auditor to support the organization by performing operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance audits related to mortgage servicing and originations. This role involves assessing risk, executing audit tests, documenting results, and preparing reports on audit findings. The position also includes maintaining internal controls and governance, with opportunities to lead and supervise other auditors on projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Conduct audits across various departments focusing on compliance, operations, and regulations.
- Identify control gaps and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain work papers in line with standards.
- Monitor and follow up on audit issues to ensure resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (CPA, CIA, or CISA is a plus).
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within mortgage or financial risk auditing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TeamMate software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
Alexa resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Liam, and son, Clark. Alexa until recently served on the board of The Caring Center where she chaired the fundraising committee. She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and participates in their Women’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, Alexa serves on the Germantown Friends School Parents Committee. She enjoys travel, working out, cooking, and an excellent single malt scotch.
