We’re looking for a Provider Contracting Manager to join our team and lead provider network development, negotiation, and contracting with hospitals, physician groups, and ancillary providers. • Develop strategies that strengthen network competitiveness, reduce costs, and improve access
  • Negotiate fee-for-service, value-based, and alternative payment arrangements
  • Identify network gaps and recruit new providers

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
  • Manage and mentor a team of contracting specialists and analysts
  • Represent the organization in provider meetings, events, and forums
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement models (FFS, DRG, RBRVS, capitation, bundled payments, value-based care)
  • Proven negotiation skills with complex provider organizations
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or ACA markets preferred
