Job Description
Job Responsibilities/Highlights:

- Oversee all financial aspects of the plant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and provide ongoing financial guidance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve plant efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and product costing analysis

Requirements:
- BS in Business related field
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
- 7+ years in a manufacturing environment including costing
- Critical to have experience effectively communicating with executives

A highlight of her travel adventures is summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Sarah also loves ballroom dancing, scuba diving, and Broadway shows. She is also involved in the community and several non-profits in the Philadelphia area.
