We’re working with a large, fast-moving organization to find a Manager of Telecommunications & AV to lead enterprise communication systems across multiple locations. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management and vendor coordination in a 24/7 operating environment.

- Lead the design, rollout, and support of telecom and AV systems, including contact center solutions
- Manage IP telephony, VoIP, SIP, and related infrastructure for performance and reliability
- Partner with vendors and internal IT teams on upgrades and improvements
- Oversee day-to-day operations, outages, and continuous optimization
- Coach and manage a team of telecom engineers/technicians
- Own budgets, projects, and service performance metrics
- 5–8 years of telecom experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with IP Telephony, VoIP, SIP Trunking, LAN/WAN, and QoS
- 8x8 experience required; Avaya experience a plus
- Experience leading teams of 10+ and juggling multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
