Job Description

  • AI Roadmap Ownership: Oversee and drive the execution of AI strategy, ensuring all initiatives directly support organizational goals.
  • Business-to-Technical Translation: Convert business needs into detailed AI/ML technical plans, including model requirements, agent capabilities, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish clear, quantifiable success metrics—such as model accuracy, ROI impact, and system latency—and track progress across all AI programs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, integration, and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance: Uphold best practices in data security and privacy while ensuring adherence to NIST, SOC-2, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Practical Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance throughout the AI development lifecycle, balancing experimentation with the rigor required for production-grade deployment.

Required Qualifications
  • Three plus years of experience working for a small company/ start-up.
  • Experience working as a hands-on leader working on AI Strategy and delivery.
  • Extensive experience defining a long-term AI Strategy and delivered on it tactically.
  • Prior Project Management experience leading AI/ML initiatives, AI product development, or technical AI programs.
  • This role requires a blend of strategic vision, deep AI technical acumen, project management skills, and hands-on leadership of a small team to drive the technical delivery of our AI initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning workflows, and agent-based AI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success delivering innovative AI capabilities while ensuring performance, scalability, and operational stability.
