Job Description
We’re partnering with a growing, project-driven organization to hire an Operational Finance Manager. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to deliver financial insight, forecasting, and analytics that directly impact business decisions.
You’ll lead a small team and own the financial performance of complex projects—driving visibility across revenue, costs, cash flow, and risk. The right candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small team

Own project financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis

Deliver actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, and backlog

Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance leadership

Ensure strong controls, data accuracy, and process discipline

4–10 years in operational finance, accounting, FP&A, or project-based environments

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
