Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- The Corporate Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the next phase of growth by serving as the key financial liaison between internal accounting and operating teams and private equity ownership.
- This position combines technical accounting expertise, financial analysis, M&A exposure, and strategic finance, offering broad visibility across the organization.
- Act as the primary liaison between accounting, operations, and private equity partners
- Translate GAAP financial statements into EBITDA and cash-based reporting
- Support M&A activity, including diligence, modeling, and integration support
- Partner with leadership on strategic and value creation initiatives
- Deliver financial insights to support operational and investment decisions
- Interact directly with senior management and HPS Investment Partners leadership
- Manager-level experience in Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, or Corporate Finance
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 8+ years experience
- Strong accounting foundation with deep financial statement knowledge
- Hands-on experience with M&A and investment diligence
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
- Experience across multiple industries strongly preferred
