Job Description
Responsibilities/Highlights:
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, controls, journal entries, audits, financial statements, budgeting, and investment reconciliations.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, serve as liaison to auditors, and support financial training across teams to drive accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements and board preparation, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you’ll own projects end-to-end and work closely with leadership to make a meaningful impact.

- 8+ years of progressive experience; CPA or MBA preferred
- Background in public accounting and large company environments
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with systems and multi-entity accounting

When she is not building relationships, she is building experiences. Sarah is an avid traveler, a fitness fanatic, and a lover of nature and the outdoors. A highlight of her travel adventures is summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Sarah also loves ballroom dancing, scuba diving, and Broadway shows. She is also involved in the community and several non-profits in the Philadelphia area.
