Robyn Oakley
Recruiter

Robyn Oakley is Top Stack’s Human Resources Operations Specialist based out the Malvern, PA office.

For the past 10 years she has worked at various institutions in roles across college athletics, including life skills, academics, and compliance. The blend of her master’s degree in Human Resources from Saint Francis University, bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of South Florida, and her former role as the Director of Compliance at the University of Pittsburgh, made the ideal combination for her current role at Top Stack. As she was looking to expand her career into an HR-specific role, she pivoted into the staffing industry at the perfect time by a Top Stack referral.

Robyn is grateful to support both her co-workers and Top Stack’s consultants as they move toward their goals. She advocates for the broadening of horizons and tackling a new chapter, and she enjoys that part of her job that awards her the opportunity to be a part of that season for so many individuals as they start new jobs. She feels blessed to be a part of the Top Stack team; a culture that encourages the overall well-being of their employees as they strive toward greatness. She feels fortunate to learn from some of the best in the business and is looking forward to continuing to work on her own craft and career.

Personally, Robyn is part of a big family, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She is extremely close with both her immediate and extended family and enjoys having them nearby. She loves being active and finds it helpful to have a “goal” in mind while doing (she loves a good road-race, keeping in theme with her track & field roots). Robyn enjoys live music, writing poetry/journaling, and coordinating happy hours. Her perfect day is simple: no alarm and no agenda. She loves a day where she can merely follow the desires of that day—whether it be checking out a coffee shop or restaurant, re-organizing a closet, going on a walk, engaging in some retail therapy, or binging an entire series while snacking.
