What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across a complex, multi-entity structure

Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative accounting team

Partner with cross-functional and senior leaders to support broader business objectives

Drive improvements to month-end close, reporting, and internal controls

Support system enhancements and broader process-improvement initiatives

Provide leadership with clear financial insights, trends, and analysis

6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance

Prior experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team

Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

ERP system experience is a plus
