Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on technical Accounting Manager to lead Accounts Payable and Billing operations, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with GAAP. You’ll oversee month-end close, drive ERP system transitions, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead AP & Billing operations with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end close
  • Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Support ERP implementation and process automation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
  • Background in healthcare, technology-enabled services, or other high-growth, service-based industries.
  • Technical accounting and GAAP standards knowledge
  • 7+ years progressive accounting experience, 2+ years in leadership
  • Strong GAAP knowledge & ERP expertise (Oracle Cloud preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
