Job Description

This role requires a confident finance leader with strong management skills to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and process standardization across multiple manufacturing and retail locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This role oversees manufacturing plants, manages financial reporting, and collaborates with VPs to make executive decisions.
  • This role supervises the management and coordination of all operational reporting within the company, including revenue, expenses, balance sheets, and budget development.
  • Provide guidance to the operational finance team, while working to enhance performance and increase engagement.
  • Develop and maintain internal control systems with the EVP of Finance and ensure that recordkeeping complies with government standards.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years of business experience, leadership roles preferred.
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
  • Understanding of forecasting and budgeting.
  • Confidence in managing a team; strong communication skills is a must.
