Job Description


We’re looking for a Sr Web Engineer. This person will be working on a custom platform that supports new business to underwriting back-office processes. The application is built in-house. This is a full time permanent, remote position.

 

Position Description
  • Responsible for continuous improvement for a custom sales platform which processes Direct to Consumer and new business transactions.
  • They do 750,000 life insurance applications per year
  • Perform web development by collaborating with the team to deliver continuous improvements of digital marketing offers, web analytics, and life insurance web applications
  • Most of the work is Frontend focused and this person will be responsible for constantly deploying changes to the site.
  • This is a hands-on individual contributor role.

 

Required Skills
  • BS or MS Degree
  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Web or Full Stack Developer
  • 1-2+ years of Java development
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Angular
