Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Information Security to lead our enterprise-wide cybersecurity efforts. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing our information security strategy, policies, and governance framework to safeguard critical assets and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive enterprise information security strategy and governance program.
- Manage cybersecurity risks across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and third-party ecosystems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to ensure security initiatives support business goals.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO).
- Lead the development and execution of incident response plans, threat detection and assessment strategies, and recovery protocols.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in security leadership within retail or consumer goods industries.
- Expertise in cloud security, threat intelligence, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, influence enterprise-wide security culture, and communicate risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly preferred.
