- Manage credit facility, debt schedules, and compliance tracking
- Lead relationships with financial institutions and merchant service providers
- Guide and develop a Treasury Analyst direct report
- Analyze bank fees, interest rates, and cost-saving opportunities
- Implement process improvements, reporting tools, and treasury tech
- Support annual budgeting with cash flow modeling
- Maintain controls, documentation, and compliance with internal policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of treasury
- Experience managing cash flow, debt, and banking relationships
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to lead projects, solve problems, and drive process improvements
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
