Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Concur Administrator to manage and optimize our Concur expense management system. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing of expense reports, facilitate user training, and maintain compliance with company policies. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all Concur-related inquiries and will work closely with various departments to enhance our expense management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management:
- Administer the Concur expense management platform, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support as needed.
- User Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to employees on Concur usage and best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Expense Processing:
- Review and approve expense reports for compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely processing and reimbursement of employee expenses.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze expense reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare regular reports for management on expense-related metrics.
- Policy Compliance:
- Maintain knowledge of company travel and expense policies, ensuring that all transactions align with these guidelines.
- Assist in the development and updating of expense management policies and procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile expense reports with accounting records.
- Collaborate with the travel department to ensure alignment between travel bookings and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Concur Administrator or in a similar role managing expense management systems.
- Strong understanding of expense management processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
