Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Setup Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing client benefit setups, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of products, and identifying trends for process improvements. The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Audit client benefit setups and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review audit results from vendors to confirm adherence to setup requirements.
- Conduct audits of benefit templates and group setups, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve discrepancies and errors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, quality review, or transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of audit processes, healthcare products, benefits, and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems.

Today, Alexa is co-Founder of Top Stack and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer where she is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
Alexa resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Liam, and son, Clark. Alexa until recently served on the board of The Caring Center where she chaired the fundraising committee. She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and participates in their Women’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, Alexa serves on the Germantown Friends School Parents Committee. She enjoys travel, working out, cooking, and an excellent single malt scotch.
