Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Auditor to lead comprehensive audits and strengthen internal controls. In this role, you will conduct end-to-end reviews, evaluate risk management processes, and make data-driven recommendations to improve policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in both financial and operational audits, using analytics to drive insights and enhance control effectiveness across various organizational functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Plan, document, and test internal controls for the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Conduct data-driven audits to enhance risk management.
- Recommend control enhancements and communicate findings to management.
- Follow up on prior audit recommendations to ensure compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience.
- 3+ years of financial or integrated audit experience in a public accounting or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with auditing systems, flowcharting, and statistical sampling.
- Preferred credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting, CPA, or CIA certification.

Today, Alexa is co-Founder of Top Stack and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer where she is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
Alexa resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Liam, and son, Clark. Alexa until recently served on the board of The Caring Center where she chaired the fundraising committee. She is an active member of the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and participates in their Women’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, Alexa serves on the Germantown Friends School Parents Committee. She enjoys travel, working out, cooking, and an excellent single malt scotch.
