Job Description
Top Stack is hiring internally for an Accounting/Finance Recruiting Associate. The primary responsibility of this position will be to recruit qualified candidates for our clients. This will be a full cycle recruiting role.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Build relationships with the top Finance and Accounting and Human Resource professionals
- Understand the goals and objectives of top professionals and assist in helping to achieve their career goals by matching them with our top customers
- Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified professional consultants by using specialized networking tools
- Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract the best talent
- Communicate details of new assignments and manage contract employees while on site at our customers
- Partner with account managers to identify marketplace hiring needs

Andy is Top Stack’s Senior Vice President, leading the accounting & finance practice, based out of the Malvern, PA office.
Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, Andy has almost 10 years of recruiting experience in the Delaware Valley marketplace. A graduate of West Chester University, he’s worked closely with clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, technology, and manufacturing industries.
Andy is passionate about creating an environment at Top Stack where the team will feel truly valued and have the ability to grow personally and professionally. Outside of work Andy enjoys following the Philadelphia sports scene and loves spending time with his family and friends.
