Job Description


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex projects. This role involves collaborating with departmental leadership to develop and execute project plans, focusing on process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to ensure alignment with organizational requirements

  • Secure project approval, allocate resources, and manage progress, timeline, and budget

  • Initiate projects, securing approval, resources, and managing progress

  • Enjoy a supportive work environment with professional enrichment programs


Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines

  • Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Excellent time management, and analytical skills

  • Active PMP certification required
