Job Description
A leading global company is seeking a Plant Controller to support one of its key production sites. This role plays a critical part in shaping financial performance, driving process improvements, and supporting long-term strategic objectives in a complex, evolving operation.
Company & Position Highlights
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for a fast-paced, multi-unit facility.
- Manage plant-level accounting operations, cost controls, and financial systems, with support from an experienced cost analyst.
- Support new business initiatives by analyzing financial impact, projecting future performance, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Serve as a key advisor to plant leadership while balancing corporate and local objectives in a highly matrixed environment.
- Navigate and improve legacy financial processes, addressing urgent gaps while building sustainable, forward-looking systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and support cross-functional teams in aligning financial goals with broader business priorities.
Qualifications
- Financial leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to both plant and corporate functions.
- Strong background in cost accounting, financial forecasting, and ERP systems/
