A global manufacturer is seeking a Plant Controller to join our Finance team and make a significant impact in their thriving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead finance and accounting operations at the plant
  • Execute month, quarter, and year-end accounting closeouts
  • Collaborate on plant-based projects with Operations and CFO
  • Analyze plant performance to optimize efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for decision-making

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and accounting principles
  • Budgeting experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
