This is a hybrid position located in York, PA. Two days per week on-site required. Qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Accurately process and administer payroll for employees on a regular basis.
- Ensure all payroll inputs, such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings, are accurately recorded and processed.
- Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Calculate and report payroll taxes and deductions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle all necessary reporting and compliance documentation.
- Analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and errors in payroll records.
- Prepare reports and summaries of payroll data as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
- Generate and maintain payroll reports and historical records.
- Provide support to employees and management for payroll-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve payroll issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Systems and Technology:
- Utilize payroll software and systems for processing and reporting.
- Assist in implementing improvements and enhancements to the payroll system.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate various payroll-related reports for management and finance teams.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
