This is a hybrid position located in York, PA. Two days per week on-site required. Qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
  • Accurately process and administer payroll for employees on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all payroll inputs, such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings, are accurately recorded and processed.

Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Calculate and report payroll taxes and deductions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle all necessary reporting and compliance documentation.

Data Analysis:
  • Analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and errors in payroll records.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of payroll data as required.

Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
  • Generate and maintain payroll reports and historical records.

Customer Service:
  • Provide support to employees and management for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve payroll issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

Systems and Technology:
  • Utilize payroll software and systems for processing and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing improvements and enhancements to the payroll system.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate various payroll-related reports for management and finance teams.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
