Job Description
A company in Glen Mills is searching for a Payroll Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities include performing company-wide payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, while managing reporting, tax balancing, 401(k) audits, and vendor coordination. This role also drives process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional payroll support within finance and HR.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in payroll processing

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to streamline processes and optimize payroll systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
