Job Description
A global organization is seeking a Payroll & Tax Lead to support payroll operations in Spry, PA. This position plays a critical role in driving process consistency, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing systems improvements.

Qualifications

Extensive payroll experience across multiple jurisdictions; Canadian exposure a plus.

Strong background in tax compliance, audits, and year-end reconciliation.

Familiarity with modern payroll platforms and experience supporting system changes (DayForce a plus).
