We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of client onboarding processes, verifying data integrity, and troubleshooting any setup issues. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with quality assurance processes, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Auditing, quality review, and transaction processing (insurance) required.
- Experience in quality assurance or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
