Job Description
- .Proficient in design, deployment, and support in the following technologies: MS Exchange, Outlook, Microsoft 365 Product Suite, Active Directory, MS Teams, Azure, Azure AD, Email Archiving - Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, MDM – Workspace One, Apple MDM Certificate, Email Security Filtering, Email Distribution List Management, SSL Certificate Management, and Domain Registration Management. Seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Systems and Active Directory SME to support an operations and maintenance workstream.
- Triage level 3 or higher user issues and requests and determine validity, requirements.
- Qualifications /Education: Knowledge of Azure and M365 current and emerging technologies.
- 10+ years of Active Directory experience including 3-4 years of Azure experience.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Forest Domain Controller concepts and prior experience supporting the operations or initial implementation of similar solutions.
- Experience with a full range of technologies including Email systems, Windows operating systems, VMWare, etc. Infoblox Experience required.
