Job Description
The Marketing Specialist encompasses a combination of marketing, analytics, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in marketing, strong administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain database and organize daily call schedule. Add appropriate notes in Excel.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling consultations and showings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized files, databases, and records related to team activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing or administrative or sales support role.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Quick learner, capable of grasping new processes and programs with minimal supervision.
Education:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not required.
