Top Stack has been retained to identify a talented individual to join their growing team as a Marketing Operations Manager. This role plays a pivotal role in optimizing marketing experiences throughout the lifecycle journey. Leveraging cutting-edge marketing technology like Salesforce, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations of marketing channels, including email, SMS, display, and social media
  • Collaborate with data teams to segment the customer base and drive targeted marketing efforts
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel campaign calendars and customer journey mapping
  • Office-based role with opportunities for collaboration and growth


Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing production and campaign management
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Expertise in email best practices and digital marketing channels
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Requires proficiency in computer skills and software applications
