Job Description

The Manager of Mainframe will lead the development and delivery of key technology components under the Individual Markets Technology organization for our client in the financial services space. This role will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders, provider partners and development team members to define, design and deliver the technical solutions that will support the business’s vision, strategy and goals. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary, an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid position – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years in relevant work experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
