Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with proven experience in building and delivering complex platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in modern technologies, and experience with agile methodologies. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and leveraging technology to build reliable products.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY  HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Own the technical delivery of applications from requirements to production and manage enhancements for a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with hosting and infrastructure teams while adopting an agile, stable, and secure approach to development.
  • Build and lead a highly technical team of developers and engineers.
  • Translate complex functional specifications into detailed technical designs, including security, automation, and performance metrics.
  • Research technologies and frameworks, creating reference implementations for the team.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in building and managing omni-channel commerce platforms.
  • Experience leading development teams, building roadmaps, and adopting design and development standards.
