Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Manage treasury functions, including ensuring proper transmission of incoming wires to accounts receivable (AR) and outgoing wires to accounts payable (AP).
- Perform complex reconciliations for large volumes of wires, payments, and checks.
- Prepare and record journal entries, including payroll.
- Oversee general ledger activities and contribute to balance sheet management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex reconciliations and multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with treasury management processes.
