Job Description
A well established but growing Investment Manager with more than 50 billion in AUM is seeking an Investment Accounting and Reporting leader.
- Lead and manage the strategic and operational activities of the Investment Accounting Department.
- This role will manage several Directors and Managers who will have teams under them.
- Will oversee critical projects focused on automation and workflow enhancement, and communicate financial results and policy decisions to build trust with company stakeholders.
- In this role you will be part of a team that values creativity and forward-thinking solutions.
- This company is highly stable and is not susceptible to market volatility
Qualifications:
- Must have strong GAAP.
- Experience in public a major plus
- It is required to have substantial knowledge of various investment products such as fixed income, private equity, mortgage loans, equities etc.
- Must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, effectively guiding and motivating team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
