Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain computer systems and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues related to networks, operating systems, and applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams on network and server solutions.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation for IT processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years in a high-paced help desk environment.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and iOS.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical writing.
