Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Solid understanding of employment law, claims handling, and workplace compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
