Job Description

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for a high-performing facility with multiple production lines. This role will oversee employee relations, compliance, talent strategy, and HR operations while partnering with executive leadership on long-term organizational goals, including the buildout of new facilities.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in California, ideally within manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of California wage and hour law and federal HR compliance
  • Experience in 24/7 operations or facilities with high hourly headcount
  • Strong systems knowledge (HRIS) and MS Office skills
  • Must currently reside in California and be onsite 5 days/week
  • Preference for showing progressive growth within one company
  • Experience leading teams through change, expansion, or new site buildouts
  • WCM or lean manufacturing familiarity a plus
  • Agile and collaborative leadership style
  • Strong communication skills
