Job Description
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Organization as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. We are seeking a talented professional to be a key player in the accounting department. Experience doing bookkeeping for high-net-worth individuals is a major plus!
This role is on a hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor and maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Quickbooks experience is must have
