Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining system efficiency, driving improvements in financial planning and reporting, and collaborating with finance teams to enhance data-driven decision-making. Company & Position Highlights
- Oversee Oracle EPM administration, optimizing system performance, data integrity, and financial reporting.
- Design and refine financial reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Drive automation and process enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to improve financial operations.
- Empower finance teams with training and documentation to maximize system effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of expertise in Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, system administration, and process optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions and influence key stakeholders.
