Job Description
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with the annual external audit process, liaising with auditors, and addressing inquiries to facilitate a smooth audit cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and processes to safeguard financial data and prevent errors or fraud.
- Participate in the preparation of SEC filings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC guidelines, and reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
