A mid-sized manufacturer that has experience exponential growth is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team!
Highlights:
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis, utilizing case studies to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial models and forecasts to the executive team, offering insights into potential opportunities and risks.
- Drive budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives while identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

- The position is hybrid but is highly commutable from Chester County and even parts of Delaware County. A pretty drive-in comparison to other commutes.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business related field
- 5+ years in consulting or financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by proactively seeking out new financial methodologies, technologies, and industry trends to enhance strategic decision-making processes.
- Must exhibit poise and confidence in presenting complex financial analyses and recommendations to the executive team, effectively articulating key insights and driving consensus towards actionable outcomes.
