Job Description
We have been engaged in a search for an experienced Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to lead global audit and compliance initiatives, oversee third-party risk management, and ensure adherence to key regulatory standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Design and implement a global GRC strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Direct internal and external audit processes, maintaining and enhancing compliance programs for key certifications.
- Oversee third-party risk management, ensuring vendor compliance with security and organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Must have experience in a BIG4 accounting firm
- Relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Experience with industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO and SOC.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A highlight of her travel adventures is summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Sarah also loves ballroom dancing, scuba diving, and Broadway shows. She is also involved in the community and several non-profits in the Philadelphia area.
