A company in Philadelphia is searching for a Director of Customer Systems to join their team. Responsibilities include leading enterprise business system strategy, enhancements, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with key business initiatives while managing a team of product owners to drive efficiency and innovation. Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, business systems implementation, and technology initiatives, with 3+ years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Experience managing systems implementation, upgrades, and business system assessments.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and employee benefits is a plus.
