- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
- Experience managing systems implementation, upgrades, and business system assessments.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and employee benefits is a plus.
