Job Description
This role will be responsible for financial operations, internal controls, team management, and strategic initiatives as Director of Operations Accounting in the Philadelphia area.
COMPANY POSITION/HIGHLIGHTS:
· Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other critical deliverables prepared by your team.
· Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of Profit & Loss and balance sheet accounts.
· Collaborate with field teams to analyze significant fluctuations, trends, and key drivers influencing results.
· Drive operational efficiencies, enforce policies, and contribute to strategic initiatives directed by team members to foster continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
· Proven experience in accounting or finance positions.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
