Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of digital customer-facing properties, this role requires a highly strategic mindset, hands-on understanding of technology infrastructure, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive innovative digital strategies, mentor team members, and ensure the overall quality of digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust digital customer experience and marketing strategy
- Utilize data and insights to prioritize work and drive improvements
- Optimize digital experiences through UX mapping and design.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience to drive insights into action
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive digital/ecommerce strategy experience
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on empathy and collaboration
- Expertise in digital marketing channel management platforms and analytics
- Budget management and financial acumen
