Job Description
Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. Ideal candidate should have relevant 1 - 3 years technical desktop support experience.
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and
Microsoft Office 0365 - Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
- Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
- Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers
- Recent experience with hands-on
- Desktop Support.
- Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting/supporting Windows platform 10 (32bit & 64bit), 0365, OneDrive, Exchange 2016, and SharePoint Online.
- Advanced Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Capable to provide best effort support for non-standard devices.
- Knowledge of the concepts and policy controls of Active Directory.

For the following 4 years, he worked in the staffing industry where he hired IT professionals and helped grow his office to an all-time high revenue in the Greater Philadelphia area. His passion for recruiting grew from playing rugby in college where he was responsible for recruiting players to the team.
Jim is the ultimate Ironman fan! He completed three 70.3 Ironman’s and a marathon; he hopes to one day complete a full Ironman! He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and a 2-year-old mutt named Leroy.
