Job Description


Seeking a motivated and skilled Department Manager to manage, grow and lead a team within our Criminal Service Department. This role emphasizes a culture of public service by empowering and developing employees while ensuring operational efficiency and performance in all services delivered.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Make decisions rooted in empathy and service, prioritizing the well-being of both the team and stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities and schedules of assigned staff.
  • Analyze performance data and activity reports to measure productivity.
  • Develop, update, and maintain organizational operations manuals and policies.
  • Train and mentor new employees, fostering professional growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Juris Doctor degree or equivalent professional legal experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration with legal exposure considered.
  • Has been exposed or currently in a legal environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management practices.
  • Bilingual a plus
