Job Description
Seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist with account inquiries, ensure compliance with guidelines, and maintain accurate records, requiring at least two years of call center experience and strong communication and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Follow standard operating procedures to meet or exceed service level goals.
- Maintain a strong awareness and understanding of information security.
- Answer inbound calls, resolving borrower questions or issues on the first interaction.
- Record customer interactions and manage activities in the system of record.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines in all responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years in a call center customer service role.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Experience with workflow management.
- Ability to follow documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
