Job Description
A top client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Service Associate to assist with scheduling infusion and home health care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments for infusion and home health care
- Call patients to confirm, reschedule, and review appointments
- Review and manage nursing schedules to ensure optimal patient care
- Coordinate assigned work based on patient demographics and territories
- Respond to emails promptly
- Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-4 years of experience
- Proficient in Epic, Excel, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks
Work Environment:
- This is a virtual position with daily meetings and collaboration with team members
